You are welcome to make a payment over the phone. We do not have an automated system to take payments. You simply need to select the option to speak with a customer service representative and they will be able to assist you with making a payment.
Your payment history online only reflects the payments made through our website. Any other types of payments will reflect on your actual statement. For a complete payment history, please call our customer service department and one of our representatives will be able to provide you with this.
Our online account system only updates once a month when a new statement is issued.
You will need to call our customer service department to obtain an accurate pay off quote.
Our auto-bill pay is based off your monthly statement – it will only process the minimum amount due on your statement 1 day before the payment is due (example: if your payment is due on the 15th of the month your payment will get processed on the 14th of the month with exceptions of holidays and weekends where the payment will be processed the following business day). If you want your automatic withdrawal with a different payment amount and or date, you may contact our customer service department directly. We also offer biweekly, bimonthly and weekly automatic withdrawal payment options through this service.
We process our online payments once a day and if the payments for that day have been processed, you will have to select the following business day. We do not process payments on holidays or weekends.
We accept checks and money orders for payment in full on your loan. You may also pay over the phone with your checking account information. We do not accept credit cards to pay in full at this time, but you may contact your credit card company to a cut a check directly to us to satisfy your loan. Please contact our customer service department for pay-off information.
