IMPORTANT: The new Aqua Finance Payment Portal, PayNearMe, is now here! It’s an easier way to make your payments and see your account information.

New PayNearMe user

Register your account to set up automatic payments (Autopay) or make a one-time payment through PayNearMe. Access our detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use PayNearMe.

From here, you can also:

  • See your billing statements
  • Sign up for e-statements
  • Update your contact information, password and mailing address

Before you start, gather your 9-digit numeric account number (from your last statement) and banking details.

If you have automatic payments set up in the previous payment system, BillTrust: before you set up your automatic payments instructions in the new PayNearMe Payment Portal, log into BillTrust and turn off the automatic payment option. If you don’t turn off automatic payments through BillTrust, your monthly payment could be processed more than once.

Access your online account

Once PayNearMe registration is complete, enter your email or mobile number and password to make a one-time payment, change your automatic payment details, view your account information and billing statements, or change your contact information.
