Assistance for Customers Impacted by the COVID-19 Virus
At Aqua Finance Inc, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and our communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) about COVID-19 and are taking every step we can to ensure the well-being of our employees and communities.
Our Customer Service Call Center capacity has declined because of the leave accommodations we have made for employees who are parents of children whose schools have closed and our employees who are at higher-risk to the coronavirus. As a result of reduced capacity in our call center, we are taking the following steps:
We greatly appreciate our customer’s patience as we manage through these challenging times to serve you. In these situations, it is our mission to prioritize and serve critical needs.
We also understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing financial difficulties. Aqua Finance is here to help, and we encourage customers who may be impacted by this crisis, to reach out to discuss and find a solution for you. We are introducing a financial relief program for those impacted by COVID-19. The financial relief program is tailored to each individual’s circumstances and needs, and could include deferral of loan payments, late fee waivers, and/or other relief. We have also immediately suspended all late charge fee accruals as we collectively deal with this crisis.
