Tracy Dudek has joined the company as senior vice president of account servicing. Dudek has been in accounts receivable management for more than 15 years, most recently serving as chief operating officer of a national collection firm. Dudek has been a member of the Collection Technology Summit’s Industry Advisory Board and has served as director and secretary of the Wisconsin Collector’s Association. Dudek will oversee Aqua Finance’s collection activities, bad debt recovery, and account servicing department.

Richard Kosiec will now serve as senior vice president of strategic planning and acquisitions. Kosiec joined Aqua Finance in 2006 as the senior vice president of credit. In his new role, Kosiec will be responsible for developing company growth strategies, managing new product pricing and performance evaluation, and handling the company’s portfolio acquisitions program.

Bob Hamilton has assumed the role of senior vice president of credit, sales, and marketing. Hamilton joined Aqua Finance in 2007 as senior vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, Hamilton will retain responsibility for the company’s new business development activities and have the added responsibility of managing the company’s credit approval processes and programs.
